It was such short time to get this home as we were disappointed with the apartment, thanks.

Phenomenal Experience .
Roseann went above and beyond in helping us find our first home. We both work remote and she was always happy to go down to Colorado Springs or Aurora to look at homes with us. When we decided that we wanted to live in Castle Rock, we found that we didn't have a lot of options for our price range. She looked at past listings that had expired or had been taken off the market and called the realtors to see if they were still interested in selling. We finally found a place that we loved and could afford. She wrote the offer that night for us and continued to be our point of contact throughout the closing process. After closing on our condo she referred us some great professionals for the minor renovations that we had planned do since offering on our home. She was even helpful and knowledgeable about the renovations we were wanting to do and helped point us in the right direction. She has become more than just our realtor, she's like family and I would use her again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Roseann to help you buy a home!

An Excellent Experience.
Roseann did an excellent job in handling the sale of our home. She demonstrated a superb knowledge of the current market. She was aware of what had been happening in our neighborhood. She kept us informed of everything that was happening along the way. She willingly and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. When asked, she offered advice, but she allowed us to make the final decisions. Roseann also kept the communication lines open with the eventual buyers' agent. She went over and above in staging our home and in addressing issues that arose from the inspection. In every way Roseann showed her expertise as an agent selling real estate. We would recommend her to others without reservation.

Roseann, really knows her job. Very helpful and has a lot of resources. When I was getting my house ready for the market, she would go to the store and buy stuff for it. She helped me paint my ceiling, that's how far she can go to help. She was with me throughout the process of selling my home and buying a new one; even in difficult times. She is always available via email, calls, texts, and in person; just name it. I would say, naturally she is a good person, very helpful and welcoming.

Roseann started with us with a notebook full of comparable listings and advice as to our role as sellers. She helped us every step of the way, from schooling me on how to sign a document on line correctly, to explaining what our title company really meant. She has an innate knowledge of her craft, and always answered questions in a clear and helpful way. I don't think I asked her one question to which she didn't have an answer. She returned calls quickly, and let us know our tasks in a timely manner.
